Return Policy (EU Customers)

We accept returns of unused full-priced items purchased through wernerpaddles.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Paddles and apparel must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as shipped to receive a refund. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, please contact us at contact@nauticalsearch.fr and reference your order number.

Once the paddle is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Please allow 1-2 business days for this notification from when your paddle is received. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Freight charges cannot be credited.
